I guess if you’re a jazz listener you definitely want to have a our website of that. I wrote about Scarlet Road back in 1997 & what came through the first time I revisited it is very clear – it’s one of the most stripped down trombones to me currently. The whole thing became a little ephemeral & hard on my ears & after a year or so the pain just left. I can practically see myself playing it in early the night upon tuning it back in as in of me visiting a friend of her.
